Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and the data tied to it in any TwoTrees app that uses an account (such as 7peasy, Finance or VPS Manager), operated by CSS Carvalho Desenvolvimento Digital LTDA. This page explains the two ways to do it and what happens to your data.
Delete from inside the app
Open the app, go to your account or profile settings, and choose to delete your account. The app confirms before anything is removed.
Request deletion by email
If you can't reach the in-app option, write to security@twotrees.tech from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm your identity and process the request.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and the content tied to it — profile, the records, files and settings you created in the app. Deletion is permanent; it is not a temporary deactivation.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of data when the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, records tied to payments or legal obligations. We keep only what is necessary, for only as long as required, and delete the rest. Our Privacy Policy describes this.
